Symptom Cluster pada Pasien Kanker Stadium Lanjut

Pasien kanker sering mengalami beberapa gejala atau permasalahan fisik dan psikis secara bersamaan, baik yang terkait dengan penyakit ataupun pengobatan. Gejala-gejala ini biasanya terjadi bersamaan sebagai gugusan gejala atau symptom cluster. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran symptom clusters pada pasien kanker stadium lanjut. Metode yang digunakan adalah review literatur melalui pencarian literatur elektronik dilakukan dengan menggunakan database Proquest, Google Scholar, dan Science Direct, dan diterbitkan pada periode 2006 hingga 2018. Pencarian menggunakan kata kunci symptom clusters dan advanced cancer. Artikel diseleksi secara bertahap sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi, dan ditetapkan 11 artikel . studi literatur diperoleh hasil terdapat empat symptom cluster yang umum terjadi pada pasien kanker stadium lanjut, diantaranya cluster neuropsikologis, gastrointestinal, nyeri, kelemahan. Kesimpulan: Penelitian terkait symptom clusters pada pasien kanker perlu dilakukan lebih lanjut.
